HollywoodNews.com: Nicole Richie has had her fair share of time before bars, belonging to the same club as Lindsay Lohan and Paris Hilton. However, she’s going to be the last person to play the victim card for all her consequences.

In the latest issue of InStyle U.K. she says, “People ask me, do I blame Hollywood or my parents? No, I don’t blame my parents. It had nothing to do with them. I created it and manifested it, and I got myself through it with the help of a lot of great people.”

She added, “One thing about me is that I’ve always taken responsibility for my own actions, whether they’re good or bad. Even when I was going through my tough time, that was a situation that I created.”

Now if only Lohan and Hilton could follow in her footsteps.

HollywoodNews.com: Taylor Lautner has been in a lawsuit with McMahon’s RV service after he claimed that the company failed to deliver his reported $300,000 trailer to him in time and in safe form. He did a little barter job on the company and showed his true colors, stating that he would drop it if the company agreed to pay $40,000 to a charity of his choice.

Well the company has caved and Lautner’s attorney, Robert Barta, told US Magazine, “McMahon’s RV has agreed to settle its dispute with Taylor Lautner. McMahon’s RV will pay $40,000 to Lautner, which Lautner will donate to The Lollipop Theater Network, a children’s charity with which he has a long-standing relationship.”

“The Lollipop Theater Network is a non-profit organization dedicated to bringing movies currently in theaters to children confined to hospitals due to chronic or life-threatening illnesses. The Lollipop Theater Network works with hospitals nationwide, including the greater Los Angeles and Orange County areas.”

An insider added, “This was never a suit about money. It was to hold someone accountable. Taylor never ordered a customized RV — it was a used RV which needed simple safety-related repairs. There was never any diva behavior. ‘Emotional distress’ is an automatic checked box on a fraudulent claim.”

HollywoodNews.com: Lady Gaga has been covered by just about every artist out there and now she can add some radio hosts to her list. On Ryan Seacrest’s radio show, he managed to get Larry King to join in a duet with him to sing Gaga’s hit song “Poker Face.”

While King and Seacrest might have butchered the song just a tad bit, nonetheless we give them an applaud for their efforts and for the hilarious video that was the end result. Watch the two sing it out below:

HollywoodNews.com: As Adrianna on ‘90210′, Jessica Lowndes has been everything from a drug addict to a pregnant teen to bi-curious. These days, though, she’s a singing sensation–both onscreen and off.

“My character is no longer in high school, she’s now touring and doing the rock star thing and is definitely a lot stronger this season,” explains Lowndes in a new interview with TV Fanatic. “I’ve been singing since I was three; it’s one thing in Adrianna’s life that I can totally relate to.”

It appears life is imitating art. Lowndes, who was originally brought onto the show for her singing abilities but made a regular after an enthusiastic fan reception, has previewed several songs as a solo artist and has additional music projects in the works, following in Adrianna’s footsteps with her musical jet-setting. “During hiatus I started putting together an album, which is fantastic,” she reveals. “I got to record a lot in LA and London and I teamed up with this pop artist from the UK called Ironik. We have a single ["Falling in Love"] coming out on October 25 in London.”

She adds, “I’ve been able to record for the show, so there’s going to be a lot more music this season. We start filming episode six next week, and it’s the craziest episode ever…It’s only been a summer since you’ve seen [Adrianna] last, so her lifestyle’s changed, she’s still the same person and she’s trying to stay as normal as possible but her life is going at a different rate and speed. She makes a really bad decision at some point, which is the worst thing ever and she’s stuck and can’t get out of it. Something like that is definitely going to change her. You’re going to see how fame can really go to someone’s head.”

HollywoodNews.com: After stealing scenes in “Twilight” and stealing hearts in “Up in the Air,” Anna Kendrick made a memorable appearance as Scott’s barista sister in boyfriend Edgar Wright’s film “Scott Pilgrim”. Now, the 25-year-old actress is all about humility.

“I’ve just been really lucky to work with very good people,” she tells RTE Ten. “In the last year, I’ve turned things down that a year ago I would have killed for. It’s a weird position to be in, because I would rather be on a film set making a movie than not making a movie but I don’t want to keep doing the same role and I tend to get offered the same sort of things.”

But in an ideal world, where does Anna see her career taking her next? “The truth is, I desperately want to do a movie musical but I have to be careful because desperation doesn’t always lead to good choices,” she admits. “I want to do a musical for the right reasons and not just because I’m anxious to perform in one.”

In the meantime, dealing with paparazzi brings a different sort of anxiety. Describing an instance of a paparazzo appearing outside her house, Anna says, “It was essentially a guy in his 40s stalking a girl in her 20s and in most places, that’s bordering on criminal activity. It was definitely really weird but, touch wood, they’ve left me alone after that. I also think that the more boring you are, the less they follow you, so all I had to do was to be myself for a week and they were like, this girl doesn’t do anything cool

HollywoodNews.com: Natalie Portman is earning rave reviews for her role as Nina, a passionate ballerina who gets a little too in touch with her dark side, in “Black Swan”, screening this week at the Venice Film Festival. Talking to reporters in Venice, Portman spoke candidly about “hyper-training” for the film and her racy sex scene with Mila Kunis.

According to Portman, director Darren Aronofsky pitched the scene in a rather unique way when he discussed the concept in a meeting with her eight years ago. “He described it as: ‘You’re going to have a sex scene with yourself.’ And I thought that was very interesting, because this movie is in so many ways an exploration of an artist’s ego and that narcissistic sort of attraction to yourself and also repulsion with yourself.”

The role required intense preparation. “Six months ahead of the film, I went into sort of hyper-training, where five hours a day I was doing both ballet and cross-training, with swimming,” says Portman. “A few months before was when we started getting into the choreography. It was very extreme.”

“Black Swan” hits theaters December 1.

HollywoodNews.com: “Gossip Girl” has been brutal to Chuck Bass of late, but according to Ed Westwick, change is on its way for the Upper East Side’s most infamous womanizer.

As he tells Entertainment Tonight, “After everything that happened in season three, Chuck really just wants a whole new identity,” he said. “He wants to leave his old world behind and his old life and he wants something new.”

In the first few episodes of the show’s newest upcoming season, this desire apparently takes Chuck to Paris, where he’ll debut his new French girlfriend (played by “Harry Potter” star Clemence Poesy). Westwick explains, “He wants a new start and he wants to be different in himself. So I think the way he ends up in Paris – it offers a new start to him.”

“Gossip Girl” returns September 13.

HollywoodNews.com: Six stunning new “Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows” character promotional shots have made their way online today, thanks to Snitch Seeker.

The photos feature Lucius Malfoy looking appropriately worse for wear, Bellatrix Lestrange being fierce as usual, vicious werewolf Fenrir Greyback running in the forest along with a newly introduced character, a ‘Snatcher’ called Scabior, an intriguing unnamed Death Eater, and the elderly Bathilda Bagshot (who, as readers will know, isn’t as frail and harmless as she seems), and only serve to further heighten fan anticipation for the final “Harry Potter” film installments, the first of which will be released this November
